The check-in location is in the heart of South Beach at 1661 James Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139.

The duck tour departs from the corner of Lincoln Road and James Ave., which is just around the corner from the check-in office.

We do not have our own parking facility, although there is a private valet parking lot right next door to the box office. Guests could also find metered parking along the street or park at the Miami Beach public garage on the corner of Collins Avenue and 16th Street.

No, the seating arrangement is general admission first-come, first-served. So if you want to have good seats make sure to be early and on time.

Generally you do not get wet on the tour, unless it is raining hard outside. The vessel does have a roof but is completely open on the sides.

The tour is conducted ONLY in English due to the fact that our guests come from all over the world.

Unfortunately there is no wheelchair ramp on the vessel, therefore guests who are confined to a wheelchair would not be able to board. To board the vessel one must be able to climb a small foldout step ladder.

No, unfortunately there is no bathroom on board. Please make sure to use the restroom before boarding the vessel.

There are absolutely no refunds. You may always use your tickets as credit for a future date. The only case where refunds are given is if the tour was canceled by us.
